The Corsair and Cross Rip :: Weddings & Events

Hi Mark,

Well, it's been three months now since our wedding and Geoff and want to thank you and your staff for helping us design and set up for our wedding! As you know, your staff helped us set up for the wedding, and helped clean up after the party. But I don't recall ever being treated so nicely at a hotel before, it was such a refreshing feeling. The Corsair-Cross Rip staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. So please, thank them for us. We definitely appreciated all their hard work that helped to make our wedding exactly what we wanted.

From the days leading up to and the days after our wedding, our memories and pictures can do no justice to what a wonderful time we and our guests had. Everyone who attended our wedding continue to talk about what a great time they had! I'm sure we will continue to talk about our wedding for years to come.

Since being back to the everyday "normal" life, I will admit that we miss the time we had in the Commodore House. It was wonderful to wake up and hear the ocean waves crash against the shore, walk along the beach in the evening, seeing the sun set, and just having peace and quiet. It was the
best place for us to just get away from the business of life. But alas, we're home. All we have now are memories and many many pictures. I've attached a couple of pictures for your scrapbook. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

" Our stay at the Corsair and Cross Rip was everything and more than we imagined. Ever since I was a little girl I vacationed at the Cape and dreamt of one day being married there. When I came across this location I didn't look any further! The Commodore House was perfect for our small reception and the ceremony overlooking the ocean was breath taking. We are still hearing about how amazing our wedding day was, as well as the amazing pictures we will have to treasure forever!

The staff was so accommodating and friendly to my guests and I ! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable!!! Everyone couldn't stop saying how impressed they were and how reasonable the rates were! Many are planning to return to The Corsair and Cross Rip in the future with their own familes! We have already talked about holding a 5 yr celebration and re-renting the house again- it really couldn't have been more a more perfect day/ weekend event!!!

You and your staff made our special day magical!!! And there aren't words to express that enough!!!!

Dear Mark-

So, married life has been hectic and I apologize for not writing to you sooner to thank you for all your help planning my wedding. We had a perfect weekend and people are still raving that it was the best wedding anyone has ever been to.

You and your staff are absolutely wonderful. You went above and beyond to cater to our every need and then there were all the extra things you anticipated... having grills for the barbeque, the extra refrigerator, buckets to hold beer, etc. We couldn't have pulled it off without your help. Also, I am grateful for all the help with the clean up, but again, it was just another way your kind staff went above and beyond.

Please use me as a reference for any bride considering having her wedding at your hotel. I am happy to offer suggestions about vendors as everyone we worked with was fabulous.

I hope you are doing well and that this season brings many happy brides your way as they will not be disappointed. Attached are some pictures from that weekend, please let me know if you are looking for anything specific as there are plenty more pictures where those came from.

Mark � we had such a wonderful time, in our eyes there is no other place that is more perfect to have a wedding. YOU and your staff were absolutely WONDERFUL in helping us with the most important day of our lives!!! Everyone was so helpful, kind and attentive. Everyone who joined us for our weekend celebration complimented not only you and your staff but the also the accommodations, and all of them have talked about a return trip!!! I cannot thank you enough, it truly was amazing!!!!
