Commodore House
This property features waterfront and beachfront with spectacular views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Perched on pilings over the dunes, this brand new home can accommodate one or two families of four with all the contemporary conveniences. The first floor is an open floor plan that contains both the kitchen, living area and a half bath off the hallway.. Multiple sliding glass doors with floor to ceiling views open up from the living room to a walk out deck.

The spacious living room features a gas fireplace. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms, two full baths and includes a washer and dryer closet. The master bedroom has one queen bed, private bath with shower and private balcony with sweeping ocean views. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and a single kids day bed while the other has a bunk bed (two twins), and a double bed. This house was built with central heating and air conditioning. Admiral House
The Admiral House is a turn of the century seafarers home contemporized in the 90's. The first floor features a spacious living room with built in wine cooler and cube maker and a fireplace, 36" TV, VCR, and stereo system. A sun room is located off the living room with a baby grand piano and double sleeper couch. The dining are will seat 8 to 10, and kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, gas appliances and a stacked washer/dryer. There is a bedroom off the kitchen with one double bed and patio door to the outside. There is also a full bath off the kitchen (Jacuzzi tub) and a deck with outside shower, picnic table and gas grill. Lastly, there is an outside whirlpool that seats three people.

The second floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is half the second floor space that features a king bed, Romeo and Juliet balcony, TV and private bath. The second bedroom is for kids with two sets of bunk beds (4 twins). The third bedroom is smaller with one double bed. Both bedrooms have a door accessing the second floor outside deck with four chaise lounges and both have access to the second bath off the hallway. The house sits across the street from the Cross Rip Oceanfront Building and directly in front of the recreation building. The Admiral House is non-smoking. Rates & Reservations

Mates House
The Mates House is located across the street from the Cross Rip Oceanfront Building and adjacent to the Recreation Building. It has a fenced in back yard that includes a picnic table and gas grill for barbequing and an outside shower. This one story house was renovated in the 70's and has a beach flavor to it.

It includes four bedrooms and two full baths (one include a whirlpool jet tub). Two bedrooms have one double bed, the third has one set of bunk beds (one single and one double) all of which are relatively petite in size. The fourth bedroom is larger and has three single beds.

The kitchen and dining area are open to each other and are the central focal point to the house. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, electric appliances and a side by side washer and dryer. The open dining area seats 8 to 10 people and has a TV. There is a whirlpool outside that seats two people.

The living room, like the bedrooms, is off the kitchen/dining area in the front of the house. It includes a double sleeper couch, TV/VCR and stereo system. The Mates House is non-smoking. Rates & Reservations
